Daycare Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. This role involves working closely with toddlers and preschool-aged children, providing them with engaging activities that promote their development and learning. Responsibilities Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Provide individualized attention to children, including those with disabilities or special needs. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Maintain accurate records of children's development and behavior. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience. Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Requirements 30 days of daycare experience in a licensed facility. Proven experience in classroom management and working with young children in daycare or preschool settings. Knowledge of developmental milestones for toddlers and preschoolers. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create an inclusive environment for all children, including those with disabilities. Experience in toddler care or nannying is a plus.
