  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Daycare Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team.
In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can explore, learn, and grow. Responsibilities Develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development. Create a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior management techniques. Implement age-appropriate activities that promote social skills, emotional regulation, and early literacy skills. Collaborate with families to discuss children's progress and address individual needs, including special education or early intervention requirements. Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to childcare standards and child welfare protocols. Use classroom experience to adapt teaching strategies for toddlers, preschoolers, and children with diverse learning needs. Conduct assessments using standardized testing when appropriate to monitor developmental milestones and learning outcomes. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or tutoring activities. Experience with special education or early intervention programs is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Certification in early childhood education or related fields is desirable; Montessori training or preschool experience is advantageous. Ability to demonstrate patience, creativity, and enthusiasm in working with young learners of diverse backgrounds.
