Your leadership will ensure the delivery of engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate lessons that meet each child's unique needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children's lives while collaborating with dedicated staff and families to support optimal growth and learning. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating innovative learning technology and evidence-based teaching strategies. Qualifications Proven classroom management skills with experience working with children in early childhood education or preschool settings. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and integrating learning technology into daily activities. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, special education practices, deaf education techniques, and working with children with autism or disabilities. Experience conducting speech therapy activities or behavioral therapy interventions is highly desirable. Familiarity with IEP processes, standardized testing procedures, and early intervention strategies. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Prior experience in daycare or private school environments is preferred; Montessori or preschool experience is a plus. Join us as a Lead Teacher to ignite curiosity, foster growth, and empower the next generation of learners! We are committed to providing paid positions that recognize your expertise while supporting your professional development in a vibrant educational community dedicated to child welfare and inclusive learning.
