Job Description

Job Summary Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Toddler Teacher, where your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire young minds during their most formative years. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers. Your passion for childhood development and experience with young children will help foster curiosity, independence, and social skills. As a vital part of our childcare community, you'll implement age-appropriate activities, support individual growth, and promote positive behavior in a lively classroom setting. Duties Plan and execute dynamic daily activities that promote early childhood development, including motor skills, language acquisition, and social interaction. Provide attentive toddler care by ensuring safety, comfort, and emotional support at all times. Manage classroom routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and transitions with patience and professionalism. Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and resolve conflicts effectively. Maintain detailed records of each child's progress, health updates, and developmental milestones. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's achievements and address any concerns or special needs. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, health regulations, and licensing requirements related to childcare. Skills Proven experience working with children in a daycare or preschool environment, particularly with toddlers. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific teaching strategies. Certification in first aid and CPR to handle emergencies confidently. Experience with special education needs and working with children with disabilities is highly valued. Excellent classroom management skills to create an organized and engaging learning space. Ability to nurture a caring environment through caregiving, behavior management, and compassionate communication. Familiarity with early childhood education best practices and curriculum planning.
