Early Preschool 2k Teacher

• We are seeking a dedicated and caring Preschool Teacher to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters the growth and development of young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and be committed to providing a well-rounded educational experience that prepares children for future success.

• Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive educational activities that meet the needs of our preschoolers
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our school's curriculum and goals
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for all children, including administering first aid when necessary
• Encourage and support children's physical and emotional development through play-based activities
• Provide individualized attention and support to children with special needs
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate regularly with parents
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and procedures
• Qualifications
• Must have one of the following: Associate's in Early Childhood, Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA
• Experience working with young children, including experience with childcare and camp settings
• Certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience in sports coaching and theater, which will enhance the overall learning experience for children
• Ability to educate and support children from diverse backgrounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide individualized tutoring to children as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of child development and learning strategies
• First aid certification
