Calvary Christian Preschool is hiring a Preschool Teacher in Greer, SC Summary Calvary Christian Preschool is a faith-based center that is a part of Calvary Christian School. We are always accepting applications for this role. Duties Schedule and implement lessons / activities for your class Be organized and create a positive learning environment. Maintain cleanliness of classrooms Ensure a safe structured learning environment. Maintain accurate tracking of children following DSS Ratios Complete ongoing training each year in order to meet all requirements for DSS Requirements Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma. Six months experience as a teacher/caregiver in a DSS regulated facility or a degree in early childhood, child development, or a related field is preferred, but training will be provided as needed. Strong use of technology in order to communicate with parents/other staff and log children in/out or transfer between classrooms. Must be a professing Christian with a Biblically sound salvation experience that is clearly communicated and be active in a local Bible-believing church. Must exhibit a Christ-like servant attitude. Must maintain a personal appearance that is a Christian role model of cleanliness, modesty, and in agreement with ministry policy. Ability to work well in a team environment to provide the best care possible. Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm manner. Maintain confidentiality of personnel and student matters. Nice To Haves CPR/First-Aid Certifications are a plus, but training for certifications will be provided if necessary.
