Floater What you bring as a

Team Member:

As a Floater Teacher, you will support, facilitate, and participate in age-appropriate activities designed to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children across all classrooms. Adapting seamlessly from infancy to school age, you will help implement the provided curriculum to prepare children for their next educational milestones. You will assist with essential daily care, including feeding, changing, and nap time routines. Additionally, you will maintain interactive and open communication with parents and team members using our Classroom Management system. In this highly versatile role, you will step in to assist Lead Teachers with classroom management, provide coverage where needed, and fulfill operational requests made by the Assistant Director or Director.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED (some states 16yrs old). Previous experience and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements is great but not necessary.

Pay:

$15.50-$16.00 Hour based on Region, education and experience
