Job Description

```Job Summary``` We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team . As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and preparing them for their educational journey. If you have a background in early childhood development and a love for teaching, we encourage you to apply. ```Duties```
  • Implement lesson plans that promote learning and development
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
  • Encourage literacy education by incorporating reading, writing, and storytelling into daily activities
  • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on their child's progress
  • Maintain a well-organized and stimulating classroom environment
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the overall success of the preschool program ```Experience Requirements```
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education OR Related field preferred but not necessary OR Previous teaching experience with preschool-aged children
  • Knowledge of child development principles and early intervention strategies
  • Classroom management skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
