Pay:

Responsibilities Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social skills. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies. Plan and execute daily lessons, activities, and assessments aligned with educational standards and individualized student needs. Support early intervention efforts by identifying developmental milestones and collaborating with specialists when necessary. Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and behavioral observations for ongoing evaluation. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development, achievements, and areas for improvement. Requirements Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or daycare environments. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention techniques, and classroom management strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development, standardized testing, tutoring methods, and Montessori or other specialized educational approaches. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and needs, including those requiring special education support. Excellent communication skills to engage with students, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Relevant certifications in early childhood education or teaching credentials preferred; prior preschool or private school experience is advantageous. Ability to plan lessons that incorporate literacy education, math instruction (including basic numeracy), physical education activities, and child welfare practices.
