The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, classroom management and a genuine love for working with young children. Responsibilities
  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of preschool-aged children
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning experience
  • Foster literacy and math skills through interactive activities and educational games
  • Offer individualized support and tutoring to students as needed
  • Collaborate with parents to support each child's learning and development
  • Implement early intervention strategies for children who may require additional support Experience
  • Must be DSS certified
  • Previous experience working in a preschool setting is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Knowledge of child welfare practices and childcare regulations
  • Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices
