Daycare Worker/Teacher

Job Summary As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children in a safe and engaging environment. What you'll do Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote childhood development and learning. Supervise daily activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all children. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to build a strong community. Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing guidance and support as needed. Maintain classroom management to create an organized learning space. Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for working with children with special needs or disabilities. Conduct regular assessments of children's development and adapt activities accordingly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols. Basic qualifications Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment. Preferred qualifications First aid certification. Experience in special education or working with individuals with disabilities. Background in early childhood education or related field. Familiarity with behavior management techniques.
