Strong knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching practices. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage children, parents, and team members. Ability to create a structured and nurturing classroom environment. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus.
