Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for toddlers and preschoolers. Support children with special education needs through early intervention strategies and individualized attention. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to foster positive behavior and social interactions among children. Maintain detailed records of children's progress, including assessments aligned with standardized testing where applicable. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and team members to support each child's welfare and developmental milestones. Ensure compliance with all childcare regulations, health standards, and safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Prior classroom management experience in early childhood education or daycare settings is essential. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, curriculum development, and literacy education. Experience working with children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers. Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention programs, and Montessori methods is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to plan lessons that incorporate physical activity, math skills, and social-emotional learning components. Certification in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; relevant coursework or training in behavior management or child welfare is a plus.
