Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Preschool Teacher with lots of love to share, dedicated to inspiring curiosity, fostering development, and building a strong foundation for early childhood education. In this role, you will design engaging lessons, support social-emotional growth, and cultivate a joyful classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning. Your energy and compassion will make a lasting impact on the lives of our little learners, helping them grow into confident, happy individuals ready to take on new adventures. Develop and implement creative curriculum plans that promote early childhood development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains. Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where children feel valued and supported. Use effective classroom management techniques to encourage positive behavior and resolve conflicts with patience and understanding. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that enhance literacy education, math skills, physical education, and sensory exploration. Collaborate with parents and guardians through regular communication about each child's progress and needs. Support children with special education needs or those requiring early intervention strategies to ensure inclusive learning experiences. Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, child development milestones, assessments, and standardized testing results when applicable. Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, demonstrating strong classroom management skills. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development methods including Montessori or other early childhood education frameworks. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical activities, and social-emotional learning. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Experience working with children with special needs or in inclusive classrooms is preferred. Certification in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable; ongoing professional development is encouraged. Pay:
$11.00 - $13.00 per hour
