Built on faith, integrity, and a deep commitment to the children and families we serve, we're looking for experienced Early Childhood Educators who are not only qualified but genuinely called to this work. This is a meaningful, purpose-driven role. What you'll do Plan and lead age-appropriate activities using the Abeka curriculum to support physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth Run a structured daily routine — learning, play, meals, and rest Maintain a safe, clean, well-organized classroom and proper child-to-staff ratios at all times Observe each child's development, keep accurate records, and communicate progress and concerns to parents Guide behavior with patience, consistency, and respect Collaborate with team members to keep the classroom running smoothly Uphold all licensing, safety, and documentation requirements What we require 2+ years of recent, hands-on experience in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or comparable program (within the last 3 years) High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a state-mandated background check and fingerprint screening Strong communication and organization, and the ability to stay calm and focused in a busy environment Reliability and punctuality — these are non-negotiable for us Preferred (a plus, not required) Child Development Associate (CDA) credential Coursework or a degree in Early Childhood Education Familiarity with the Abeka curriculum Bilingual Why you'll want to work here Tennessee Child Care WAGE$ eligibility — qualified educators who stay with us may receive education-based salary supplements paid directly to them, on top of their wage CPR and First Aid certification — provided if you don't already have it Real opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization Personal time off and an employee discount A supportive, family-style team that celebrates together — and work that truly matters, every single day Our Core Values Every member of our team is expected to reflect our eleven core values, rooted in Christian biblical standards: Faith, Workmanship, Respect, Integrity, Excellence, Compassion, Safety, Servant Leadership, Community, Confidentiality, and Growth.
