Across our three centers, we care for children ages 3 months to 5 years in a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered environment — and we're looking for Daycare Teachers who are not only qualified, but genuinely called to this work. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you'll create a nurturing classroom for children ranging from infants to preschoolers, setting the tone for each day and supporting every child's growth. What you'll do Plan and lead age-appropriate activities using the Abeka curriculum to support physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth Run a structured daily routine — learning, play, meals, and rest Maintain a safe, clean, well-organized classroom and proper child-to-staff ratios at all times Observe each child's development, keep accurate records, and communicate progress and concerns to parents Guide behavior with patience, consistency, and respect Support and collaborate with team members to keep the classroom running smoothly Uphold all licensing, safety, and documentation requirements What we're looking for High school diploma or equivalent (required) Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred, but not required Coursework or a degree in Early Childhood Education preferred, but not required We're happy to train motivated team members who are new to early childhood education. Experience leading a classroom or working with children ages infant through pre-K is a plus Familiarity with the Abeka curriculum is a plus Ability to pass a background check (required) CPR and First Aid certification — provided if you don't already have it Strong communication, organization, and the ability to stay calm and focused in a busy environment Reliability and punctuality — these are non-negotiable for us Our Core Values Every member of our team is expected to reflect our eleven core values, rooted in Christian biblical standards: Faith, Workmanship, Respect, Integrity, Excellence, Compassion, Safety, Servant Leadership, Community, Confidentiality, and Growth.
