Job Description
Our growing school is actively seeking a Lead Teacher for our Get Set classroom (2 ½ -3 years old). Lead Teachers are responsible for assuming the responsibility of maintaining positive working relationships with parents and fellow teachers, as well as managing the classroom environment. A successful candidate should be able to work well with a team and have excellent classroom management skills. Qualifications needed to be effective in this role include knowledge of child development, best practices, and preschool education methods, as well as the ability to engage young children and earn their trust and attention. Experience working with 0-5 and experience with potty training is needed.
