Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment. As a key leader in early childhood education, you will design and implement developmentally appropriate curricula that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, social and emotional development and physical educaiton. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social-emotional development. Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring smooth transitions and effective behavior management strategies are in place. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address individual needs, and support their overall welfare. Incorporate specialized techniques such as special education strategies and early intervention practices to support diverse learners. Maintain accurate records of student development, assessments, and standardized testing results to monitor progress and inform instruction. Lead classroom management efforts to foster positive behavior and promote respectful interactions among children. Requirements Proven experience working with children in preschool or early childhood settings, including classroom management and lesson planning. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and early intervention techniques. Familiarity with special education practices, behavior management strategies, and literacy education methodologies such as Montessori. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and administrators. Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate math, physical education, daycare activities, and tutoring techniques. $34,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year
