Immediately Job Description For the 2026-2027 School Year! Are you passionate about making a lasting impact in the lives of young children? Join our team as an Early Head Start Lead Teacher, where you'll play a vital role in shaping the earliest learning experiences of infants and toddlers. In this role, you'll lead daily classroom activities, collaborate closely with your co-teacher and support staff, and create a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive. You'll help foster growth across all areas of development, including language, social-emotional skills, physical milestones, and early cognitive learning, setting the foundation for lifelong success. What we are looking for: Must be at least 21 years old Associate's degree (AS) in Early Childhood Education required Two years of classroom experience preferred Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required

Position Details:

This is a full-time position working 210 days per year at 8 hours per day.

Salary:

Compensation is based on the Anderson County Schools Educational Assistant pay scale with applicable supplements.
