Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that incorporates early childhood education standards, literacy education, and Christian teachings. Plan and execute engaging lesson plans focused on classroom management, behavior management, and childhood development. Provide attentive toddler care and support early intervention strategies to meet individual student needs, including those with special education requirements. Foster a nurturing environment that promotes child welfare, safety, and emotional well-being through effective classroom management techniques. Incorporate physical education activities and hands-on learning experiences to enhance motor skills and overall development. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and milestones. Ensure compliance with daycare regulations, private school standards, and child safety policies at all times. Skills Strong background in early childhood education with preschool experience and classroom experience in diverse settings. Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education tailored for young children. Knowledge of Montessori methods, standardized testing procedures, and tutoring techniques to support individual learning styles. Expertise in working with children with special needs or those requiring early intervention services. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and community partners. Ability to manage classroom dynamics through positive behavior management strategies. Familiarity with childcare best practices, childhood development milestones, and child welfare standards.
