. Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in their early childhood development journey. Duties Develop and implement dynamic, age-appropriate curricula and developmentally approiate preschool practices. Create engaging lesson plans that stimulate curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in preschool-aged children. Manage classroom activities to ensure a positive learning environment through effective behavior management and classroom management techniques. Foster strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on child welfare, progress, and classroom activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that encourages exploration while adhering to childcare regulations and daycare standards. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including classroom management and lesson planning. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education practices, and special education strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development and developmentally appropriate practices for preschool children. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, colleagues, and support staff. Experience in classroom settings involving preschool-age children, behavior management, and working with students with diverse needs.
