Daycare Worker/Teacher

Duties Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, including play-based learning for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Provide attentive caregiving by supervising children during daily routines such as feeding, napping, and outdoor play Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to health and safety standards, including first aid procedures when necessary Support children with special needs or disabilities through tailored activities and inclusive practices Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation and social skills among children Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and daily experiences Assist with classroom organization, lesson planning, and maintaining educational materials Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education is highly desirable Strong classroom management skills combined with patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for nurturing young learners Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment Commitment to creating an inclusive space that supports the diverse needs of all children Join us in shaping bright futures!
