Nursery Teacher

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Nursery Teacher to care and nurture our infants in our early childhood education program. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in early childhood education, classroom management, and infant childcare, ensuring each child receives personalized attention and meaningful educational experiences. Responsibilities Implement age-appropriate schedules that promote developmental and social skills, and physical development in accordance with educational standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Plan and execute activities tailored to the developmental needs of infants ranging 3 months through 12 months in age. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques. Support children's emotional well-being by fostering positive relationships, encouraging communication skills, and promoting social interactions. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss each child's progress, needs, and developmental milestones. Integrate physical education activities to promote motor skills development and overall health. Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental milestones, and classroom activities in compliance with childcare regulations. Fostering a loving and nurturing environment. Experience Prior experience working with infants in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is required. Demonstrated expertise in a nursery setting. Knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and child welfare practices is required. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and community partners. Knowledge of infant developmental milestones and schedules.
