Assistant Director Hours:
School Year — 1:00 PM
  • 6:00 PM or 11:30 AM
  • 6:00 PM (Monday-Friday) Summer — 7:00 AM
  • 12:30 PM or 12:30 PM
  • 6:00 PM (Monday-Friday) Key Responsibilities Facilitate engaging activities and group games Encourage learning through creative projects and play-based experiences Assist with snack distribution and smooth transitions between activities Maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-supervised environment Prepare activity spaces and handle end-of-day cleanup Ideal Candidates Will Have Child/Education related Bachelor's Degree .
Ability to help coach and train staff Ability to provide a safe, nurturing, developmentally appropriate afterschool program Understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices in afterschool settings Ability to handle difficult children and parents Ability to build and maintain relationships with parents and school personnel Computer literacy with experience using Google applications
Pay:
$16.75
