We'd love to meet you! First Church Preschool is seeking a Full-Time Preschool Teacher to join our team. We serve children 2 months through 5 years of age in a safe, loving, play-based learning environment where every child is celebrated for who they are. Our mission is to provide a play-based learning experience that recognizes and nurtures the uniqueness of each child while supporting their social-emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual growth. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons using The Creative Curriculum®. Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members. Support children's social-emotional development using Conscious Discipline® strategies and practices. Observe, assess, and document children's growth and learning. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and licensing standards. Collaborate with teaching partners and administration to provide high-quality early childhood education. Communicate regularly with families regarding children's learning and development. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events. Qualifications Passion for working with young children. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to create an engaging, inclusive classroom environment. Experience in early childhood education is preferred. CDA, associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or coursework in early childhood education is preferred. Position Details Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Pay:
