Administer basic first aid when necessary, ensuring the health and safety of all children in your care. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or classroom settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are a plus. Strong classroom management skills to maintain an organized, positive learning environment. Demonstrated ability to handle caregiving responsibilities with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Experience working with infants, toddlers, or young children with diverse needs enhances your suitability for this role.
