- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool-aged children.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress to ensure individualized learning goals are met.
- Collaborate with other teachers to create a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
- Provide regular feedback to parents on their child's development and progress.
- Keep classroom cleanliness maintained as well as follow classroom safety regulations
Skills:
- Experience in early childhood education or related field.
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
Education practices:
- Previous experience in childcare, tutoring, or toddler care is a plus.
Job Types:
