Job Description

Our Mission:

Duties:
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool-aged children.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
  • Monitor and assess each child's progress to ensure individualized learning goals are met.
  • Collaborate with other teachers to create a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
  • Provide regular feedback to parents on their child's development and progress.
  • Keep classroom cleanliness maintained as well as follow classroom safety regulations
Skills:
  • Experience in early childhood education or related field.
  • Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
Education practices:
  • Previous experience in childcare, tutoring, or toddler care is a plus.
