Role:
Join our dynamic team at Primrose School of Mt. Juliet as a Two's Teacher! In this nurturing environment, you will play a crucial role in fostering the growth and development of our youngest learners. What will you be doing? Create a safe and engaging classroom environment for two-year-olds. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans. Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience. Observe and assess children's development and learning. Ensure compliance with all safety and licensing regulations. What are we looking for? Experience working with young children, preferably in a daycare setting. Knowledge of early childhood education principles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Background check clearance required. High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
