Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate and energetic Daycare Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills. Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional development in line with curriculum standards. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere by managing behavior effectively and encouraging respectful interactions among children. Support children's individual needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services, ensuring inclusive participation. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and supervising children at all times. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or development. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative activities that enhance childhood development and classroom management strategies. Document daily activities, assessments, and observations to track each child's growth and inform future lesson planning.Experience:
Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies. Experience with curriculum development that includes literacy education, Montessori methods, or standardized testing preparation is advantageous. Familiarity with working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Classroom experience involving lesson planning for toddlers or preschool-aged children is desirable.
