Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced childcare educators to contribute to our blossoming program! We are seeking experienced teachers with at least a High School Diploma and 1 year minimum of childcare experience. You must be able to pass a background check and provide references upon request. The ideal candidate is someone who has at least one year of experience in a childcare setting. The ideal Blossom Academy teacher is a positive person who wants to be a part of a fun and collaborative team. As a Blossom educator, you will have the opportunity to design lessons and activities that fit your students' individual learning styles and interests. We want you to have fun with your class and think outside the box. We're here to provide support (and a helping hand) in any way we can! Responsibilities Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers. Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe and nurturing environment. Foster positive relationships with students and their families through effective communication. Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary. Support the emotional and social development of each child through interactive play and structured activities. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.
