In doing this, we represent the Lord well, building a school that will bring life to all We are seeking a PreK Teacher who: Loves Jesus deeply and lives it out daily Has a genuine passion for developing young children Thrives in a structured, purposeful classroom Is excited to help build and grow a school Schedule & Calendar Tuesday-Friday school week 2 hours professional development each month 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM workday August-May (10-month position) Key Responsibilities Plan and execute engaging, structured daily lessons Submit weekly lesson plans and quarterly unit plans Prepare learning materials, activities, and assessments Maintain a well-managed, orderly classroom environment Communicate consistently and clearly with parents Track student growth and manage student data Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development Integrate a biblical worldview into all instruction and interactions Uphold and model school culture and expectations Required Experience & Qualifications Experience working with young children (PreK, daycare, preschool, or early elementary) Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom and lead students Strong organizational and communication skills Associate degree or higher from an accredited university Demonstrate ability to be resilient, flexible, and to take initiative Benefits Paid time off during breaks and holidays (Fall, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring) 8 Additional Personal/Sick Days 3 Bereavement Days Tuition discount to Regent University Paid professional development opportunities Leadership growth opportunities as the school expands Visit our site at www.lawarriors.org
