Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Preschool Teacher, where your passion for nurturing young minds will help shape the future! Duties Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development. Manage classroom activities to promote positive behavior management and effective classroom management strategies. Support children with special education needs through early intervention techniques and individualized lesson planning. Foster a nurturing environment that emphasizes child welfare, safety, and emotional well-being through attentive childcare practices and toddler care. Engage children in learning activities that enhance communication skills, social interaction, and cognitive growth. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly. Collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure consistent educational approaches and support for each child's unique needs. Experience Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated classroom experience with toddlers or young children, including lesson planning and classroom management. Knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques. Familiarity with special education practices and working with students requiring additional support. Experience with literacy education, math instruction, teaching physical education, and implementing Montessori or other specialized curricula is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Previous private school or daycare experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for early childhood education is essential. Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
