Our team is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families, and we're looking for someone who shares this vision to join us. What You'll Do As the Assistant Child Care Director, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our child care center.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Child Care Director in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the center. Supporting staff in delivering high-quality child care and educational programs. Ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations. Building strong relationships with families and addressing their needs and concerns. Helping to manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling and record-keeping. Promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for children and staff alike. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience in child care or a related field. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. Knowledge of child care regulations and best practices is a plus.
