In this role, you will support classroom activities, assist with daily routines, and ensure the safety and well-being of children from infancy through preschool age. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will contribute to a joyful, engaging space that promotes childhood development and learning. Responsibilities Support lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth Assist with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and bathroom breaks for infants and toddlers Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by following health and safety protocols Engage children in play-based learning activities that encourage exploration and creativity Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding daily updates and concerns Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and resolving minor conflicts Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar caregiving roles preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR required or willing to obtain upon hire Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and connect with families Join us in making a positive impact on children's lives!
