Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in their early childhood development journey. In this vital role, you will create a warm, engaging classroom environment that promotes curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help children develop essential cognitive, motor, and social skills through innovative lesson planning and hands-on activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while fostering a love for learning from the very start. Duties Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculam that incorporates literacy education, math, to support early childhood education standards. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior management. Monitor and assess each child's progress through observations, standardized testing where applicable, and regular documentation to inform individualized instruction. Foster strong communication with parents and guardians regarding children's development, milestones, and classroom activities. Manage classroom routines efficiently, including toddler care routines, potty training support, and daily schedules. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum enhancements and participate in ongoing professional development focused on childhood development and early intervention strategies. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is helpful but not required; classroom management skills are essential. Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including literacy education, math fundamentals, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Certification or training in childhood development or early childhood education is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Demonstrated commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and creating an inclusive learning environment.
