We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Mentor & Lead Teacher to join our team and help develop both young learners and fellow educators. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood development, curriculum implementation, and best teaching practices, along with a genuine commitment to creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. In this role, you will begin as a Lead Teacher , where you will: Deliver high-quality instruction and implement our curriculum with excellence. Foster the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children. Create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment. Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow team members. As you demonstrate excellence in the classroom, you will have the opportunity to advance into a Mentor Teacher role. In this leadership position, you will: Model best teaching practices for fellow educators. Coach, train, and support new and developing teachers. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or related field+ Teacher Certification (EC-3 or EC-6) or CDA or Another TEA approved early childhood credentials with minimum 8 yrs experience in a TRS or nationally accredited program (MUST) Experience in implementing Kindergarten curriculum to children in an educational setting is highly desirable. Minimum 5 Years experience as a Lead Teacher in a curriculum driven pre-school
