This role focuses on nurturing and guiding children ages 2-3 in a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a licensed childcare center High school diploma or equivalent (required) Willingness to complete a background check Willing to obtain (if not already certified): CPR/First Aid certification Food Handler certification Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving care to toddlers Plan and implement age-appropriate activities Foster social, emotional, and developmental growth Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom Communicate effectively with parents and staff Ideal Candidate Demonstrates patience, compassion, and energy Has a genuine love for working with young children Is reliable, responsible, and a team player
