If you love working with little ones and enjoy creating a fun, safe, and engaging classroom, this role is for you. Serious job‑seeking candidates only. What You'll Do Plan and teach simple, age‑appropriate lessons in early literacy, math, movement, and social‑emotional skills. Lead daily activities that help toddlers explore, learn, and grow. Keep the classroom safe, clean, and welcoming. Communicate with families about each child's progress. Guide and support assistant teachers. Observe children's development and keep required records. Use creative teaching methods, including Montessori if trained. What We're Looking For Experience working with toddlers in Montessori Class or in early childhood education. Understanding of child development and positive behavior guidance. Ability to plan lessons and support early learning. Good communication with children, families, and staff. Early Childhood Education coursework or certification (Montessori is a plus). Patient, positive, and professional attitude. Serious job‑seeking candidates only.
