The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Infant Teacher, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. You will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging educational activities while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect among students. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere. Provide individualized support to children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development. Observe and assess children's development to tailor educational approaches accordingly. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall preschool program and share best practices. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Experience working with children in a preschool setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Strong classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community. Experience in toddler care or babysitting is a plus. Familiarity with educational frameworks and standards for preschool education is beneficial.
