In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, develop innovative curricula, and foster a nurturing environment that promotes growth, learning, and safety for young children. Your strategic vision and management expertise will ensure the delivery of high-quality programs that meet both educational standards and community needs. Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and quality standards Develop, implement, and evaluate engaging curriculum plans that support developmental milestones and promote creativity Supervise teaching staff and support their professional growth through coaching, training, and performance evaluations Coordinate fundraising efforts to secure resources for program enhancements and facility improvements Plan and execute strategic initiatives to expand services, improve program quality, and increase community engagement Manage budgeting processes, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial sustainability of the center Represent the organization at community events, parent meetings, and public speaking engagements to promote programs and build partnerships Requirements Proven experience in education administration or early childhood management with a strong background in classroom teaching and supervision Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development tailored to diverse learning needs Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of educators and support staff Excellent communication skills for effective public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration Knowledge of budgeting practices, fundraising strategies, and strategic planning processes Working familiarity with licensing requirements, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards in childcare settings Bachelor's degree or higher in Education Administration, Early Childhood Education or related field; advanced certifications preferred Join us to lead with energy and purpose—creating enriching environments where children thrive while empowering dedicated professionals to excel.
