Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Teacher to inspire and nurture young minds in a dynamic educational environment. As a Teacher, you will create engaging lesson plans, foster a positive classroom atmosphere, and support the holistic development of children. Your role will be vital in guiding students through their early learning experiences, promoting literacy, numeracy, social skills, and emotional well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working within a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in education. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that align with educational standards and cater to diverse learning needs Create an engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity, participation, and active learning Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and promote respectful behavior Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor student progress and tailor instruction accordingly Incorporate literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and other core subjects into daily lessons Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists in early intervention and special education to support individual student needs Manage classroom activities efficiently, ensuring safety and fostering a nurturing atmosphere for children of various ages including toddlers and preschoolers Experience Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including daycare or preschool environments Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies Experience with early childhood education principles such as childhood development, behavior management, and child welfare Familiarity with Montessori or other specialized teaching methodologies is preferred Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and tutoring techniques to enhance student learning outcomes Proven ability to work effectively with children with special needs or those requiring early intervention services Strong communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members to support child welfare and educational success

From $10.00 per hour
