Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of preschool-aged children, ensuring their holistic growth and well-being. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, math, and physical education. Create lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods. Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies. Provide individualized support for children with special needs or those requiring early intervention. Monitor and assess children's progress through standardized testing and regular evaluations. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's development, achievements, and areas for improvement. Maintain a safe and healthy classroom environment that adheres to child welfare standards. Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience. Experience Proven experience working with children in a preschool setting or daycare environment. Strong background in childhood development, including familiarity with literacy education and toddler care. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom experience is essential. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Knowledge of behavior management techniques and tutoring strategies is beneficial.
