  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant early childhood education environment.
In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development. Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages positive behavior management and supports children's social-emotional growth. Deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles, including working with children with special education needs or requiring early intervention strategies. Manage classroom activities efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to safety protocols in toddler care and daycare settings. Assess student progress through observations, standardized testing, and informal evaluations; communicate findings effectively with parents and guardians. Collaborate with colleagues to design age-appropriate lesson plans that promote curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking skills. Maintain detailed records of student development, attendance, and behavior management strategies to support ongoing educational planning. Requirements Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare environments; prior classroom management experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention techniques, and special education practices. Familiarity with curriculum development, literacy education, math instruction, and Montessori teaching methods. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to plan lessons that incorporate physical education activities and foster child welfare through safe practices. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields; prior preschool experience is preferred.
