This role focuses on guiding children ages 2-3 through important developmental milestones while incorporating Christian values and biblical principles into daily learning and care.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive care and supervision for toddlers (ages 2-3) Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities Incorporate simple Bible stories, songs, and Christian teachings into daily routines Model Christ-like behavior including kindness, patience, and respect Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Assist with potty training, meals, and daily routines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom Encourage positive behavior and promote a loving, faith-based environment Observe and document children's progress and milestones Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and daily activities Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (CDA or early childhood education preferred) Experience working with toddlers or in a childcare setting preferred A personal commitment to the Christian faith and comfort sharing biblical principles with young children Strong communication and classroom management skills Patience, flexibility, and a passion for early childhood development Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and actively engage with children Must pass background check and meet state licensing requirements
