The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills. Responsibilities Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all children, including those with disabilities. Supervise daily activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and development. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and behavior. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall learning experience. Provide care for infants as needed, ensuring their health and safety. Administer first aid when necessary and maintain a clean and organized classroom. Experience Previous experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential. Familiarity with first aid procedures and certifications is a plus. Experience in babysitting or caring for infants is beneficial.
