In this vital role, you will create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and growth. Your dedication will help children develop foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, social-emotional learning, and physical activity, setting the stage for lifelong success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working in a dynamic educational setting committed to excellence and innovation. Duties Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including curriculum development tailored to preschool learners Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies Support children's social-emotional development by promoting respectful interactions and emotional regulation techniques Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to monitor progress and communicate developmental milestones Manage classroom routines, organize activities for toddler care and preschoolers, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment that promotes child welfare Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings, including preschool or daycare environments Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; experience with standardized testing is a plus Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports child welfare and promotes positive behavior Join us in shaping the future by nurturing young minds through innovative teaching practices.
