Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Daycare Teacher, where your passion for nurturing young minds will help shape the future! In this dynamic role, you will create a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children in our care. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to stimulate early childhood development. Engage with children through interactive activities that promote social skills, emotional regulation, behavior management, and cognitive growth. Manage classroom environments efficiently to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization in line with childcare standards. Support children with special education needs and early intervention strategies to ensure inclusive learning experiences. Conduct regular assessments of children's progress using standardized testing methods and document their developmental milestones. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to communicate children's progress and address individual needs effectively. Plan engaging lesson plans that incorporate classroom management techniques and foster a positive learning atmosphere. Qualifications Proven classroom experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings; experience with toddler care is highly valued. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education practices, and behavior management techniques. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or literacy education strategies. Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields such as Montessori or preschool teaching is advantageous. Ability to maintain classroom management while fostering a nurturing environment that supports child welfare and safety. Join us in making a meaningful difference in young lives!
