Join The Learning Experience in Forney, TX, as a passionate Toddler Teacher! This is an exciting opportunity to nurture and inspire young minds in a vibrant, supportive environment dedicated to early childhood education.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers' developmental needs. Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting. CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Ability to create a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere. Team player with a collaborative spirit and a positive attitude. Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
