Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and children. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous; Montessori or special education experience is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting young children and engaging in active play activities. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth during critical developmental stages.
