  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of preschool-aged children. The Preschool Teacher will work closely with students to ensure their educational needs are met while also supporting their overall well-being. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards. Create lesson plans that incorporate various subjects including math, physical education, and special education. Foster a positive Christian classroom environment that encourages learning and child welfare. Provide individualized attention to each child, ensuring their unique needs are met through tailored instruction. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Engage in classroom management to maintain a safe and orderly environment conducive to learning. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education. Requirements Experience in teaching preschool or toddler care is highly desirable. Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and tutoring. Knowledge of child welfare practices and special education strategies is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that meets the diverse needs of all students. A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth in a Christian setting.
